You arrive on Congress at five. The Clock Bar pours something low and warm while the dining room is set behind you. By six the room is full, the first plant-forward course lands, and the lights soften. By nine the Nova Lounge is on stage and dessert is in front of you. By eleven you have stopped checking the time.

Bill and Lara Perkins opened Jupiter Supper Club on Congress Avenue in October 2024. They built the room they wanted to eat in: plant-forward without the apology, a stage that takes the music as seriously as the menu, and a house of four rooms that fill themselves with whoever the night belongs to.
They cook plant-forward because they believe in it, and they serve meat because they believe in welcoming everyone to the table.
